Ira is a member of the Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra and is a multi-Grammy winner. He has performed with Benny Carter, Woody Herman, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Aretha Franklin, Lionel Hampton and many others.


Barbara is a three-time Grammy nominated artist and has been featured on over 20 recordings. She has performed with the Count Basie Orchestra, Gerald Wilson, Dizzy Gillespie, Ray Charles, Cedar Walton, Joe Williams, Tony Bennett and many others.

Jim Walker has recorded with pianist Mike Garson on 8 duo albums. They were members of the jazz-classical ensemble Free Flight that had 10 recordings, appearances on the Tonight Show and performances at The Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center and the Playboy Jazz Festival. Jim has recorded with Wayne Shorter, Arturo Sandoval, Shirley Horn, Diane Schuur, Yellowjackets, Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Lee Ritenour Dave Grusin and many others. He was principal flutist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and played principal flute for the New York Philharmonic Orchestra's 1982 South American tour.

He has recorded with Thelonious Monk, Gerry Mulligan, Oliver Nelson, Don Ellis, Joe Pass, Sarah Vaughan, Joe Byrd, Freddie Hubbard, Roger Kellaway, Peggy Lee, Henry Mancini, Lalo Schifrin, Victor Feldman and many others.

Her voice has also reached overseas with projects in Hamburg, Germany.

Amistad Cubana is from Guanabacoa, Cuba. The band plays a variety of songs from traditional Cuban Son to modern Cuban Timba, all written by or re-arranged by Feliciano. Their latest CD is titled "Llego la Amistad".

Poncho has recorded 35 albums. In 2000, he and his ensemble won the Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album for their work on the Concord Picante album Latin Soul. Simon was the drummer for the band Toto from 1992 to 2014. He was the drummer for The Who during the band's American reunion tour in 1989. Phillips recorded/toured with Mick Jagger, Jeff Beck, Peter Gabriel, Pete Townshend, Robert Palmer, The Pretenders, Jon Anderson, Dave Gilmour Joe Satriani, Judas Priest, Tears for Fears, 10cc and many others. In 2003, he was inducted into the Modern Drummer magazine Hall of Fame. In 2019 the Protocol 4 album was nominated for a GRAMMY Award in the Contemporary Instrumental Album category. Simon has toured/recorded with Stanley Clarke. His record "Vantage Point" is a pure, straight ahead jazz album.

Jimmy was a member of Raven, a rock band with blues and soul influences, formed in 1967 in Buffalo, New York and opened for Joe Cocker, Led Zeppelin, Procol Harem, The Byrds, The Young Rascals, Blood Sweat and Tears, Three Dog Night, B.B. King, Eric Clapton and Buddy Guy.

Jimmy was inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame in 2003. He was named a “Living Treasure” by Ojai Rotary Club in 2007. Jimmy received the first Mavric Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2014 he received The Lifetime Achievement in the Arts from the City of Ojai.


Mario is celebrated for his long affiliations with The Wallflowers and Ozomatli. He has performed/recorded with Rickie Lee Jones, Liz Phair and many others. Mario with The Wallflowers won Grammy Awards for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group for the song "One Headlight". Mario with Ozomatli won two Grammys for the album “Street Signs”.

Burleigh is a founding member and the only drummer/percussionist for the five-time Grammy Award nominated rock band Ambrosia. He recorded on every Ambrosia record from 1970 to the present and toured internationally with the band throughout its history to date. Drummond and his wife, Mary Harris, formed the band Tin Drum in the 1990s, and have released 3 albums.

Denny is a founding member of Steely Dan. Dias recorded as a permanent member of the band on 1972's Can't Buy a Thrill (with an electric sitar solo on the song "Do It Again"), 1973's Countdown to Ecstasy, and 1974's Pretzel Logic and as a session guitarist, appearing on 1975's Katy Lied, 1976's The Royal Scam, and 1977's Aja. In 1991 he joined Toto on their Summer Festival Tour. He has recorded with Wayne Shorter, Pete Christlieb and David Garfield.

Laurence played guitar in the rock band Paul McCartney and Wings from 1978 to 1981. Laurence is a two time Grammy Winner. He was recently named by Guitar Player magazine as one of the top 50 all-time acoustic guitarists. He has released 27 solo albums and has recorded with Al Stewart, Carly Simon, Air Supply, Rosemary Clooney, Cleo Laine and many others.

Mick has been the touring bass player for Pat Benatar's band for the last two decades. He worked in an arranger capacity with Prince on Under the Cherry Moon. His touring/recording credits include Sheryl Crow, Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat, Martina McBride, John Fogerty, Alan Parsons, Keith Emerson and he has performed with Ramsey Lewis, Brian Auger, Henry Mancini, Connie Stevens, Keely Smith, Jack Jones, Linda Hopkins and many others.

Teresa is the only female to ever qualify in the "top eight" for the national finals in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's lead guitar competition. She is a member of the bands Cocobilli and Acadiana. Teresa has toured all over the world with Helen Reddy throughout the late 80's, playing live TV and major concert venues.
